Booking and Cancellation Policy
To secure a booking a 50% deposit must be provided.
The balance of the booking amount is due 7 days prior to your stay. If payment has been made via credit card, it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds and up-to-date card details are available for this payment to be processed. If the final booking amount is not received, or the payment cannot be processed, management reserves the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let the cabin without providing refund.
If you wish to cancel your booking we will not refund any payments you have made unless we can rebook the cabin. If we can rebook the cabin, payments will be refunded minus a 10% (of total booking cost) administraion fee..
Guidelines Applicable To Accommodation
It is the guest’s responsibility to leave the property clean & tidy on departure. The condition of the property must be left, as close as possible to the condition it was in at the start of the stay. This includes all cookware and dishes to be washed and it is your responsibility to clean the BBQ after use. In the event of excessive cleaning requirements, an extra cleaning fee will be charged immediately, to your credit card.
Check in time is no earlier than 5pm and check out time is no later than 12 noon, or as otherwise previously arranged with management, in order to allow for cleaning and maintenance between guests.
Please be advised that late checkout, without prior arrangement from management will incur an additional fee, which will be taken immediately from your credit card.
Any damages to the cabin, breakage, or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, facilities, locks or keys is to be reported as soon as possible and paid for at cost, other than acceptable wear and tear.
The total number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the accommodation offer for each cabin. Where a cabin has capacity to accommodate more than two guests, extra guests must be registered at the time of booking and will incur an extra charge per person. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property overnight. Breaching these conditions will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Our property is situated on environmentally sensitive world-heritage Blue Mountains bushland. To ensure the preservation of native flora, fauna and diverse ecosystem, pets are strictly prohibited unless prior approval is granted.
Due to the unique and sensitive nature of the eco-system that exists on and surrounding our property, Love Cabins utilises environmentally friendly waste management techniques including bio-degradable waste facilities in some of our cabins. Please do not place any non-degradable objects or materials in these facilities. Doing so will limit their effectiveness and increase the pollution risk to the surrounding environment.
Smoking inside the cabins is not permitted.
Unless specifically arranged with management, private functions or parties are not allowed as they may cause disruption to neighbours, damage to property etc.
Excessive noise or disturbance to our neighbours or other guests staying on the property is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of any payments.
Love Cabins will make every effort to ensure the property is available, as booked. However, management reserve the right to make changes to bookings, due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the property being sold; the malfunction of any inventory items; the property is withdrawn from letting or impact from natural events. If Love Cabins is not able to accommodate you as advised, reasonable efforts will be made to help you secure alternative accommodation.
All of the facilities including in our accommodation are regularly serviced and maintained. Please be aware, that there may be circumstances, which are out of our control, when some facilities are not available for guest use. We will always endeavour to get these facilities repaired promptly, for guest enjoyment, but we cannot guarantee that it they will always be available.
Love Cabins takes no responsibility for your personal property, left on the premises.
Furniture, fixtures and fittings are not to be altered or moved within the cabin or between rooms. Damaged and/or cleaning resulting from furniture repositioning or relocation will be charged to your account.
